Digital smart living Hello Friends! I'm Varghese Jose, a hardcore Google fan of Google since it provided me a learning platform. My passion for Google products made me learn more and more about its products and usage in our daily lives. Google products made my life much easier. Hence l decided to share my knowledge about them with you, so that you too can brighten up your life using them. Emails are an integral part of the digital world,hence a few important points are to be kept in mind while checking your mail : Check the mail regularly to keep your inbox clean by deleting read emails at regular intervals. Remove notifications from Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn etc in your inbox. Keep only email notification settings for Facebook for security reasons. Unsubscribe the emails which you don't intent to receive in future. Never click on unknown links offering free bees like lottery to keep your account safe.Remember ‘nothing is free without a reason’. Notifications about GST and Income Tax are important,hence should keep a track of these notifications. lts always better to have a single provider for your mailbox. Chrome Sign In - Always sign in to a Pc with Chrome Cloud Print - is a wonderful option where in i use to give print from Mobile and from home to my office using Cloud Print on a normal printer which is Google Passwords Is saving all my user name password which i could access from my phone settings also - this have helped me to find the rarely used username other wise it could have been difficult . My list is long as it is not easy to right it down on paper also . Bookmarking Is a wonderful way to organize the web page this is accessible from any system you log in and can use the way you use on other system. Google Photos I started using Picasa ( Now Google Photos) on my PC which helped me to organise the photos and had the option to upload on web also but due to limited 15 GB only few could be uploaded . Now it is increased to unlimited storage in high-quality . I can say Google photo is a treasure in life because i can see my 10 year photos on my phone itself . The Albums with Filter for People , Places , Car , Etc have made me crazy to use those. As a Local guide i have now photos of other business . i just take some photo and crop and cut it to have a better look , i usually avoid people faces etc for photos uploaded to map . I would like to share one of my experience - i had taken a photo of a paper cutting but i need to get a phone no from that which was taken months before , I searched for paper and i could easily filter from the paper . This was a fine example where i loved this product . I have stored more than 40000 photos on Google photos . All your photos are backed up safely, organized and labeled automatically, so you can find them fast, and share them how you like. We can create album ,movies , Slides etc with no time can add music and share those in any social medias . Google Sheets My friend and me became president and secretary for a club in our locality we used and learned this Drive facilities . We worked together in one sheet in different location without any software or technical knowledge . It was better than 2 person sitting in front of one system to complete a work . Now i started using to enter the daily accounts in my sheets . 1
